Pool was not open- Our bathroom smelled like weed and door handles were falling off the closet doors, and the first night it smelt like body odor-went down and asked for spray and never received. Cleaner walked in our room Sunday as well

The lobby, hallways, and room we clean and fresh.

The outside could use some freshening. When I drove up I was concerned. The inside is great, but the outside does not match the same feeling.

Convenient, and my wife liked the pillows.

Dated, shower needed repair, better exhaust fan in bathroom.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Check in staff member was very unfriendly. She was not welcoming at all. The necessary breakfast card was ridiculous. We were not given enough vouchers so I had to go back to the front desk. Breakfast was average for $17. Disappointed pool not open.

It appears as if they fired their grounds keeper. Weeds all over the front. Dead trees in the back

The bed was good, except for one of the queen beds had previously used sheets !! Unacceptable lazy housekeeping . And the absent Superviser, she ckd in and left b4 7:30am . Small wonder the cook and housekeepers are lazy and SLOW

The non meat breakfast VOUCHER choices !! Had I known that this IHG OLD Holiday Inn did not have a buffet. I could not even get a glass of orange juice without a cost. So messed up ! I will not reccomend this tired looking, dirty carpets place to anyone

I wish they would have put on the website that the pool has been closed for all most 4 years and take the photos off the website.

The bed and pillows were what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn facilities, and the helpful disability access for the bathroom was greatly appreciated.

Extremely disappointed that the pool was closed (under construction) - wasn't informed of this at booking; overpriced. I would not have booked had I known. In fact, we switched hotels for the second night. Also, the breakfast was not a grab and go style.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect!

Was not told at booking the pool was closed for renovation. When I said something about it the women said to me "yeah well".

Staff was friendly. Room was large and clean. Location was downtown and there was a restaurant attached.

Booked this hotel with intent to have a relaxing time at the pool. Learned contractors took the pool area apart quite some time ago and the facility has no idea when it will ever be fixed. The heater doesn't have a temperature so you wake up cold or hot.

Room was nice size and clean.

Food was on site, pricey, but a quick walk to the bar/restaurant and the food came out promptly

NO POOL. CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THE POOL THEY ADVERTISE IS OPEN. Also checking in was a hassle like I've never experienced, the woman at the counter was short and didn't know what she was doing.

All in all a good stay. Room was nice. Housekeeping did a great job.

Wanted a king room but had me down for a double queen and said they could not change it.

The location was nice since we needed to be to the high school early the next morning.

Yes, I was very upset that the pool was under construction and the hot tub was cemented over. No where on the website when booking did it mention this. I specifically stayed at this hotel for the pool area. They in way accommodated us when asked too.

The website says there is a pool. It has been closed for over 2 years. reservation says free breakfast NOT Had to pay for breakfast. My wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing evening in a pool and hot tub. Very disappointed.

The pool was closed and due to Holidays the restaurant was closed and no breakfast options

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The lobby area looked updated and welcoming.

The rooms looked dated, small tv¿s. No pool available. Our reservation said free breakfast, but we didn¿t get that on Sunday. Our keys never worked, so every time we left the hotel, we had to get new keys to get back in.

Price. Staff are very polite, personable and accommodating. Clean, well kept rooms.
